TIER PRICING - CURRENT TI FITNESS MEMBERS

During this challenge you will be supported the entire time by your coaches.  We will check in with you and tracking your progress with bi-weekly weigh ins and measurements.  We will challenge you with workouts of the week and 2 month challenges.  We have a CTL private facebook page so that everyone can support one another.  We will also host 1 nutritional class / welcome meeting to go over goals and questions about your nutrition.  This challenge will keep you motivate to eat healthy, make small changes and make better choices during the upcoming holiday season.  Do not miss out on this challenge!! 

We are super excited to bring our Choose to Lose Fitness Challenge back this fall.  This pre-holiday challenge will inspire you to stay healthy throughout the holiday season.   Space is limited.  Make sure you spot soon!

TIER PRICING -  NON MEMBERS

In order to successfully complete the challenge you must:

  • Attend one TI Fitness class per week.
  • Complete the workout of the week (WOW).
  • Attend our nutritional class and welcome meeting.
  • Weigh in every other week.
  • Get body measurements every 4 weeks.
  • Communicate on the Choose To Lose Facebook Group page.
  • Check in with your coaches every week.
  • Complete monthly challenges.  Challenges will be emailed to you and posted on our CTL private Facebook page.
  • Communicate with other challengers and support each other.
  • Complete the penalty exercise for not eating or drinking clean foods and beverages.


INCENTIVES
Prizes and incentives will be given to person with the best overall results. Your results will be posted on our CTL bulletin board (we will not post your weight, just your weight loss).
