Summer Running Training Groups Forming Now!
Begins June 13th
The instructors at TI Fitness have coached hundreds of people run from couch to 5k all the way to marathons! Safe, supportive and fun running training at it's best.
Intermediate 5k, Beginner and Intermediate 10k groups
Tuesdays & Thursday 5:30 &
Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.
Intermediate 5k Lunch Time Running group
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:45 a.m.
Saturday run at 8:30 a.m.
Our running program includes:
